The Vegan Cosmetics Store aims to promote sustainable and compassionate living. We do not condone cruel and unethical treatment of animals and ALL products listed in our store DO NOT include animal-based ingredients.
Are your products certified as vegan?
All products listed in The Vegan Cosmetics Store are certified as vegan by us and our suppliers. Please see our certification page for more information. (*Page coming soon*)
Do I have to be vegan to purchase your products?
No! The Vegan Cosmetics Store encourages customers to take incremental steps to experiencing a heathier lifestyle using animal-free and sustainable products.
Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Yes! The main goal of The Vegan Cosmetics Store is to promote effective skincare solutions for all skin types with sustainable and animal-free ingredients. Our products are applicable for people with oily skin, dry skin, and combination skin types. As mentioned above, all of our products are verified as vegan and include NO ANIMAL-BASED INGREDIENTS. We list all ingredients for our products and detail the benefits for each product’s active ingredients.

Can I find out about the ingredients in your products?
Yes! Each product contains a list of all ingredients and active ingredients. This information is available by viewing the product page for each individual product.
Can I sell VegoGlam products in my store?
We do not offer wholesale distribution at this time but if you are interested, please contact us using the contact form on our website.
Can I become an influencer for your store?
Yes! Please send us more information about your request. We will evaluate and get in touch if we feel it's a good match. Please click here for our influencer/affiliate request form.
I haven't received my ordered item. What can I do?

Does your store include free shipping?
Orders of $75 USD and over include free shipping in the continental USA (this is calculated automatically at checkout).
How can I find out about orders and shipping?

Does your store ship to outside of the United States?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. However, this might be option that we will consider in the future. If you are outside of the United States and are interested in promoting our products, please use refer to our Influencer/Affiliate page.
Does your store ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, or other US territories?
Yes! As all of these states/territories are located in the United States, we able to ship products to customers using USPS shipping rates. The cost for shipping will be calculated based on your shopping cart when you checkout. Please note that we can cannot guarantee estimated shipping delivery times as your order will be fulfilled via USPS.
